What to have to hand
You do not need any of this to be complete in order to ask a first question. It does help if you can find it by the time of the intake:
- your child’s name and date of birth
- the school or childcare your child attends
- earlier assessments, reports or diagnoses, if any exist
- the funding route that applies to you, for example a municipal decision or a personal budget award
- what you have already tried and what did or did not help
Not sure which funding route applies to you? Register anyway. We will help you answer that question.
Consent and your data
To provide treatment we need personal data about your child, and sometimes health data as well. We always ask for written consent in advance and explain what we use each type of data for.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. What we record, how long we keep it and what rights you have is set out in our privacy statement.
Registering through a municipality or referrer
Are you a teacher, GP, youth care officer or member of a neighbourhood team? You can register with us directly. The page for professionals sets out our registry details, area served and the funding routes we work with.

Register
You register your child by email or phone, or your municipality or referrer does so on your behalf. Tell us briefly what is going on; the details come later.
Introduction and intake
In an intake conversation we discuss your child's situation, the family's questions and what has already been tried. This conversation carries no obligation.
Waiting list
If our treatment is a fit, we place your child on the waiting list. We tell you the expected waiting time and let you know if it changes.
Documents and consent
Before starting we need some information and your written consent to process it. What we keep and for how long is set out in our privacy statement.
Treatment begins
We set goals together and treatment starts, usually at home or at school.
